Does customer service quality influence customer decision making process to use bank plan savings product? a study at Bank Mandiri Cirebon Siliwangi Branch

Purpose — To determine the effect of customer service quality on decision to use bank plan savings Bank Mandiri Cirebon Siliwangi branch.Research method This study used a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis technique. The research data is processed by statistical software. Samples in this were 91 respondents probability sampling using random sample technique.Result findings indicated that has significant influence Branch. In addition, also discovered contribution 27.8% customer's product, while remaining 72.7% influenced other factors which not examined author.
